At the moment, I am ONLY seeing those two folders in my Dropbox folder on my computer, none of the others, even just as placeholders. When I open preferences in the desktop app, and choose sync - then. Most of the online storage services are supported, including Box, Amazon, Dropbox, Google Drive, GoDaddy, MEGA, OneDrive, OwnCloud, and many others. On my old computer I was able to selectively sync certain folders and not others.
